There are 2 types of information that we collect from you, Personal Data, and Non-Personal Data.

Please email Stuart@cglretailsolutions.com to make a data access request. In the interest of protecting other client’s data, we will ask you to provide evidence of your identity before fulfilling this request. We aim to fulfil verified access request within 30 days where they are not excessive, repetitive, or invalid/unfounded. CGL will never hold unnecessary data for longer than required. We may not always be able to fully present what you have requested, for example if it would impact the duty of data protection or confidentiality we owe to other individuals, or if we are otherwise legally entitled to deal with the request in a different manner.
To correct/erase personal information:
